After six successful years of working together, Nicole Miller is upgrading to our Andromeda PLM®. As the global brand expands into new markets, Nicole Miller saw an opportunity to further streamline its product development workflow and gain additional visibility into its supply chain.
The Beginning of a Successful Brand
Nicole Miller was launched in 1982 by Nicole Miller, who studied at both the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design, where she earned a BFA in Apparel Design, and L'Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne. While Miller’s prestigious Parisian schooling was “intense,” she credited the experience for training her in fabric manipulation, which became a staple of the Nicole Miller brand.
Miller opened the first Nicole Miller retail store in 1986 on Madison Ave. and the brand has since grown to 20 boutiques across the U.S. and is sold in major department stores. Today, Nicole Miller is compromised of the collection and atelier as well as numerous other categories including shoes, jewelry, activewear, home, kitchen and bath.
An Extended Partnership With NGC
The Nicole Miller collection cultivates a look of elegance with a hint of rebellion, designed with the modern woman in mind. Andromeda PLM will enable the retailer to benefit from one global platform for all planning, merchandising, design, costing, sampling, quality and sourcing of its modern designs.
