Mark Burstein Named 2016 Pros to Know

MIAMI, FL – March 15, 2016 – NGC® today announced that Mark Burstein, president of sales, marketing and R&D for NGC, is a winner of the Supply & Demand Chain Executive 2016 "Pros to Know" awards. The annual Pros to Know awards honor supply chain solution providers and practitioners who show exceptional leadership in meeting industry challenges.

The Pros to Know awards recognize an elite group of professionals, chosen from more than 350 applicants for this year’s awards. This is the third year that Burstein has received the award in recognition of his outstanding accomplishments in helping NGC’s customers implement strategic solutions for product development and supply chain management.         

As president of sales, marketing and R&D, Burstein’s leadership is integral to many strategic areas of NGC’s operations. He has many years of apparel industry experience, working with design and sourcing professionals at major U.S. retailers on the production of private-label apparel. Burstein joined NGC in 2002 and has served in numerous executive sales and marketing positions, including Vice President of PLM and Global Sourcing Solutions. He is active in industry organizations including the American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA), the American Apparel Producers Network (AAPN) and the California Fashion Association.
