PLM: Streamlining for Bottom-Line Results

The only way to plan a successful product line is to give all creative players as much visibility into every stage of the development and distribution processes as possible. And while product lifecycle management (PLM) is a core tool to keep all parties abreast of progress, it is the solution’s integration to enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions that will deliver truly streamlined product development.

The key to planning a line is to give direction to everyone in the downstream flow about the design goals that need to be achieved.
