NGC to Help Companies Manage and Maintain Compliance with SB657

SB657 goes into effect on January 1, 2012 - retailers and manufacturers with annual worldwide gross receipts over $100 million, doing business in California, must publicly disclose their efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from their supply chains.

"The visibility that NGC's software provides throughout the supply chain, along with the vendor profiles, can help companies manage all the details for compliance with the Act," said Mark Burstein, NGC's president of sales, marketing and R&D.
