As Director of Customer Service, Lily Sabin oversees all areas of customer service throughout NGC. She works to ensure excellence in customer service policies and procedures and coordinates communication between the consulting team in the field and NGC's customer service professionals. Lily joined NGC 19 years ago and previously managed the accounting and administration departments. Her attention to detail, passion for customer service, and excellent communication skills ensure that NGC customers receive outstanding customer service.
