Business Consultants, Professional Service, Implementation Managers

Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated business consultants / professional service / implementation managers for NGC PLM software solutions for the retail and fashion industries. Prior experience in these industries and intimate PLM processes and system knowledge is required.

Successful candidates will have a proven record of supporting active project implementations, business change management and gathering technical requirements. The Professional Service Consultant is involved with all facets of a customer’s project /implementation from pre-sales across the lifecycle of the project. A Professional Services Consultant is expected to concurrently manage multiple projects and the ability to plan, maintain organization and client trust are paramount to the project’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in pre-sales activities
  • Facilitate and oversee implementation projects from Kick Off across the lifecycle of the project
  • Develop and maintain multiple project plans across various implementations
  • Coordinate and manage customer involvement across multiple locations and departments
  • Develop detailed workflow and business process reviews
